Stevador Transpider Tehnical Services: CONTRACTOR - Supervisor/Safety Officer August 02, 2010 – April 08, 2011 Ginebra San Miguel Incorporation (Bottling Plant) Sta Barbara, Pangasinan Working as Supervisor assists the Lead Man handling 29 people on executing the Ginebra San Miguel Inc. Bottling production operation. Ensure that we always meet the required output on a shifting basis operating 24hrs. a day schedule. Sometimes perform maintenance activity during the event of preventive maintenance schedule to all equipments that were using during the normal operation. This activity is needed to be able to maintain the integrity of a particular machine which will require a major repair and not to the extent machine breakdown during the production operations. After these I was assign to other Plant which is the Coca-Cola Bottling Plant at Sta Rosa, Laguna. My function is Safety Officer and equipment Mechanic of a bottle washer machine, doing a daily monitoring on all equipment from Line 1 to 5 and immediately repair or fix the jamming whenever occur during normal operation. We also schedule a preventive maintenance activity every Sunday to performed equipment repaired and replaced some parts that are worn out. As a Safety Officer to ensure, that all necessary safety precaution is met without injury occurs during the event of preventive maintenance activity. Sometimes assign to other station which are the special projects that need supervision to all person working outside the plant and doing the machine hauling housekeeping. Ensure that all products passed on the QA inspections base from the product criteria acceptance. • Has been promoted as a QRE Quality and Reliability Engineering Technician. Perform product Evaluations/Qualification for new product transfer and failure analysis which was return from the customer and finding the root cause and be able to generate a correction action for better process flow. • Has been assign to attend the ESD Electro Static Discharge stress training in Intel Folsom, California, USA • Has been transferred from QRE Technician to Stress Lab technician and perform equipment maintenance repair to all stress equipments that were using for Product Qualification. • Promoted from Stress Lab technician to Stress Lab Supervisor and handle QAI’s that perform the product stress using different type of stress equipment i.e. Temp Cycle, Bake, Burn-In, TH Soak, Convection Reflow, and Pre-Condition.
