• Supervise winding static test of the following electrical motor rewinding low voltage and high voltage from 110 volts up to 13800 volts, and final computation of unbalanced resistances based on Saudi Aramco formulas.
• Supervise generator rewinding up to 2MW capacity of stator winding, revolving field winding, exciter winding, including test and repairs of rotating rectifiers and RTD’s (Resistance Temperature Detector).
• Supervise transformer rewinding from low voltage up to medium voltage, checking of TTR (transformer turn ratio), hi-pot testing, short circuit test. Percent impedance test, and insulation to insulation test.
• Supervise the rewinding of welding machine, electric and dynamo types.
• Supervise winding conversion from high voltage to low winding wire, conversion from flat wire to round wire, and change the poles from low to high speeds or vice versa.
• Supervise instrument test from PI ( polarization index ) test, hi-pot test, surge comparison test and stator core loss check with formula on hand, rotor core loss test, transformer oil di-electric strength test, main revolving field AC voltage drop test and polarity checking.
• Supervise preparing electrical and mechanical work scope, findings recommendation, remedies for engineering technical know-how.
• Supervise generator load test using digital resistive load bank, resistive load bank brine solution including checking of generator electrical control system and computation of loads.

• Supervise computation of bearing fit shaft fit tolerances from minimum
to maximum, bearing fit to housing from minimum to maximum,
including computation of sleeve “babbit“ bearings fits.
• Supervise mechanical build-up by welding hard-chrome, re-Sleeving
based on metal analysis.
• Supervise machining, dynamic balancing, run-outs tolerances from low to high speed
• Supervise AC compressor final operation test, checking unload and reload
pressure, test solenoid function and nitrogen pressurized test for moisture prevention.
• Supervise final operation test of pump, vibration and run test, pressurized
test on pumps and mechanical seal leak test by water immersion.
• Supervise QC works of electrical, mechanical technicians, including re-winder.
• Supervise the maintenance and securing machine efficiency of rotating
electro-mechanical pulp making machine PLC driven and pneumatic
control machine
• Supervise and maintenance of corrugated and box making machine
combine electro-mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic PRESSURE machines.
• In-charge of building maintenance, keeping and maintaining the generator
and air compressor in its good condition and efficiency.
