The main activities were: Prepare training manuals for monitoring, train scouts and local communities, identify and prioritize research areas, serving customers as protection and monitoring warden, preparing scientific proposals and conducting research, searching funds for conservation purposes.
Identifying the problems and finding resolution mechanisms of the protected area, prioritizing threats, making and revising annual plan, evaluating/appraising the performance, assisting researchers, train park rangers (scouts), making relation bridge with concerned bodies, monitoring the wildlife and their habitats, making presentations for meetings and workshops, advising students, working with communities integrative for their livelihood improvement, mostly delegated as chief warden and accomplish excellently.

The core activities included were collecting field data (organizing wildlife total count, making transects, assessing habitat quality, managing, supervising the works of park rangers, managing nursery site, afforesting by public mass mobilization, establish school environmental clubs and park advisory committees, following up on the illegal activities and finding sustainable solutions, working together with IUCN and UNESCO to remove the site from the world heritage site endangered.
