NOC Supervisor Roles
· Managing help desk Officers. Ensure correct escalations and broadcasts are done. Developing work/leave schedules for officers and ensuring they are comfortable at work.
· Supervising project operations and keeping track of the scheduled operations in maintenance BTS. This includes (VSAT and Fiber)
Ensuring that deadlines for scheduled work by customer are met according to SLA.
· Supervise closure of tickets in the system and with correct clears. Going through clears and ordering spares as indicated on tickets resolution.
Generating planned reports for the day operations in the field and sending to customer. Verification of data in the company MIS.
· Managing incidents and escalating them to second line support. Raising of PO’s in the system and following up on suppliers to be paid.
· Preparation of schedules for field officers for planned work and following up on adherence.
v Coordinator (Fuel)Airtel Sites
Duties and responsibilities
· Primarily plan, execute and coordinate the fuel schedule/plan for monthly and weekly for the client’s sites, Airtel sites.
· Responsible to track project changes and update the schedule as agreed with the project team
· Responsible for the assignment and monitoring of the fuel deliveries as well as fuel consumption and usage.
· Issuing of regular reports on project status internally and externally and facilitate project meeting with clients, vendors and internal attendees
· Regular updating and reporting of the fueling process of the Airtel sites to both the management and the client
· Carry out regular updates on the Project Risk register as when required.
· Responsible for updating and tracking issues ensuring activities are closed
v Coordinator Preventive Maintenance(pm)
Duties and responsibilities:
· Testing of Alarms with The Field Engineers onsite and making sure they are all working
· Taking the Fuel level of the Generators
· Enquire from The Field Engineers whether The Generators were serviced
· Taking information of the spares replaced and the ones that need replacements
· Making sure that The Field Engineers finish the time required for them to do PM01(Logging in and out)
· Taking the information about Meter Readings and comparing with the previous month
· Making sure that The Field Engineers log in with the correct Work order while carrying out pm01
v Spares coordinator and invoicing
· Making orders and ensures availability of needed spare parts on sites Communicated by technicians on time
· Receive all incoming spares, verifying quantities received against quantities ordered, package them and send to respective technicians
· Responsible for maintaining inventory on all incoming, current, and new parts and inputting them into the Spare Parts List
· Maintain an orderly and clean Spare Parts Room with parts stored in proper locations for easy access
· Maintain updated supplier/vendor account and database details
