Sir/Ma`am:

Good day!

I am Gracelyne Neh-yeban Madapin, 25 years of age, residing at Poblacion, Tinoc, Ifugao, Cordillera Administrative Region, Philippines. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Ifugao State University, Nayon, Lamut, Ifugao, on March 2014 and passed the Nursing Licensure Examination taken last November 2014 with an average of 81.80%.

I was floated in different clinical areas like delivery room, emergency room, out-patient department and medical wards. I also attended some seminars and trainings to expand my knowledge in clinical practice.

My experience enlightened me to pass my application letter in your good office for any related position. I`m looking forward to discuss with you further details or concerns, at your most suited time, or may reach me through my personal cellphone number, 81198318 or you may email me at, [email protected]
