During this time, I have worked as a Construction Manager/QA and QC Manager, Structural Engineer and Project Director

I have been working as a Project Director with SIAL (Sialkot International Airport Ltd) at Runway, Roads and infra- structure development projects. My main responsibilities were as under
· To assess the future infrastructure development requirements of the Airport keeping in view the load of present and upcoming Domestic as well as foreign Airlines.
· To prepare proposed future Development plans for at least Five years viz-a-viz the availability of funds in consultation with the Chief Financial Officer SIAL.
· To fix the priority of works in consultation with the Airport Manager and Chief Executive Officer SIAL, finalize the Development plans and get the same approved from the competent authority.
· To ask the consultant to prepare draft tender documents for the new projects.
· On receipt of Draft tender documents, to check the same and return back expeditiously with comments / recommendations.
· On receipt of Fair tender documents, to arrange the call of bids thru press advertisement or prequalification depending upon the nature and scope of work.
· Open the bids in presence of tender committee and forward the same to Nespak for evaluation of the bids.
· On receipt of the evaluation report, recommendations to be made to SIAL Management for the award of work to a suitable contractor.
· To ensure that no new infrastructure is constructed in contradiction to the approved master plan.
· To ensure that all the new infrastructures are built keeping in view the ICAO and NAFC policies / regulations.
· To monitor the day to day progress of the On-going works, prepare weekly progress report and forward to the concerned SIAL officers.
· To resolve the day to day issues raised by the contractors expeditiously in coordination with the consultant and the SIAL Management.

I have been working on 180 Million GBP project with international management consultancy funded by DFID (Department for International Development) the Scope of work includes Construction and rehabilitation of schools. My main responsibilities were as under:
· Managing and supervision of districts in South Punjab consisting of senior Engineer’s, District engineers, site Engineers and trainee engineers

I have been working on 79.09 Million US Dollar project with Punjab Hydropower Consultants (PVT) Joint venture of Hydropower Engineering GmbH&Co Germany, Technical Resource Services (Pvt) LTD Pak, Electra Consultants Pak and TEEM (Technical Engineering and Management Consultants) as a Senior Engineer (Structures) at Four Hydro Power Projects i.e. Pak Patton, Chianwali, Maralla and Deg outfall Hydropower Projects with Total capacity of (20 MW) My main responsibilities were as under:
· Responsible to review of design calculations, stability analysis of the structures submitted by EPC Contractor.
· Review Design calculation of Erection bay, Machine Hall, inlet and outlet Bay, Retaining walls of Head race and tailrace diversion channels, aqueduct over tailrace channel, of Pak Patton and head Maralla Hydropower Projects submitted by EPC Contractor
· Review the Structure calculation and drawings of roof of Powerhouse of four HPP
· Responsible to review construction drawings of sewerage and drainage system of employer’s colony according to employers requirement and design specification
· Responsible to review employers colony road drawings
· Responsible to review construction drawings and design calculations of stilling basin, Machine Hall and Spillway etc according to employers requirement and design specification
· Correspondence between the Contractor, the Consultant and site Staff in preparation of responses’ to queries, participated in the inspection visit/ meetings with Client/ experts

· Responsible for designing of structural elements of powerhouse such as Columns, retaining walls, Anchors Blocks and Piers for Penstock and Crane Brackets.
· Responsible for modeling of Powerhouse superstructure in SAP2000and ETABS.
· Assist CE Structures in preparation of List of Drawings and Design Criteria for Power House and Anchor Block for Penstock.
