Hi, to whom it may concern: at a very early age my folks eloped to the U.S. To Miami Florida to be exact, where I have been living for the past 29 years, I went to Greater Miami Academy where I started my first years of schooling and 12 years later graduated from High School. I have worked for the call center Industry for quite some time now. I started working as a Medical Bill Collector and got very good at it, I worked for Medical Data Systems for 5 years. I started getting interested in Interpreting after some of my friends that would not speak English would ask me to help them out in court hearings or maybe at a Dr.’s appointment. I have worked for the technical support department, email department, Costumer Service department, and for the past 6 years I have been working as a Medical ENGLISH/SPANISH Interpreter for Quality Contact Center and Landterra/Interpretia Nicaragua.

I would like to be given the opportunity to further my career professionally and in life and be an asset to the industry I work for, not a liability.
