I am writing to apply for IT related Jobs in Canada which suits my experience and IT education with Work VISA sponsorship.

I am a multi-skilled IT service support person with more than 25 years’ experience in IT industry holding various positions and strong commitment to excellence in customer service and expertise in effective problem solving, issue resolution, documentation, user training and customer support.

I have enclosed my CV with my application. It shows that I would bring important skills to the position, including:

·         More than 10 years IT Management experience (as an IT Manager / Asst. Manager Grades) including strategic IT planning, budgeting, procurement, Inventory management, IT Governance and project management.

·         Hands on experience in managing Server Systems & Core IT Network Infrastructure Administration, End user devices & IT Peripherals

·         Managing and monitoring day to day Core IT Network & Infrastructure

·         Designing, Planning, Implementation and maintaining, EDI, HRMS, Financial Systems, ERP Systems and Data Centre.

·         Complete Network & Infrastructure setup including Network Cabling (Cat 5/6, Fiber), Patch paneling and CCTV Systems.

·         L3 technical support on IT Systems and Infrastructure.

·         User training & guiding

In addition to that, I have experienced in ITIL based helpdesk operations, including customer handling, ticket creation, service escalation, call logging, document updating and continuous process improvement.

I have work experience in New Zealand for nearly 1 1/2 years in IT field.

I’m a Bachelor of IT, ITIL foundation, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA R&S) and Member and Certified Professional of Australian Computer Society.  Currently reading for PMP certifications (PMBOK V6) at SLIIT Metro Campus.
