I have over 4 years of working experience as a customer service representative and as a tech support . I was cross- trained for billing and tech for an internet service provider
I’m used to high call volumes and helping people is my passion

I worked with an insurance company based(Project Based) in U.S as a remote appointment setter been with them for months and to be honest right now I am looking for a job.
I’m pretty familiar with sales dialer,xencall,vici dialer and call tools
other flat forms like skype crm and sales force is okay with me as well as slack.
