DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring all projects are coordinated as per Document Control procedures
Register all incoming project documents For the Shop Drawings (Architectural, Structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing).

Produce and maintain document weekly progress reports to planning engineers.
Ensure all documentation provided is as per client and quality requirements.
Issue document review register with document details and distribute to the respective Technical, MEP and Architectural department with document for review.
Ensure all documents and drawings are provided with transmittals where appropriate.
