DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Ensuring all projects are coordinated as per Document Control procedures
 Register all incoming project documents For the Shop Drawings (Architectural, Structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing).

 Produce and maintain document weekly progress reports to planning engineers.
 Ensure all documentation provided is as per client and quality requirements.
 Issue document review register with document details and distribute to the respective Technical, MEP and Architectural department with document for review.
 Ensure all documents and drawings are provided with transmittals where appropriate.
