Holder of Bachelor of Science in Physics/Renewable energy from College of Science and Technology in University of Rwanda , and Master of Science in Energy Policy from Pan African University Institute of Water and Energy Sciences (Including Climate Change)-PAUWES, with proven high experience in Renewable energy, fieldwork activities, Policy analysis and research and ability to build relationships.
