Regularly conducts audit of the financial and accounting processes to assess effectiveness in meeting company objectives and ensure compliance to JSOX requirements, internal policies and government regulations.

Conducts regular assessment of MMPC’s compliance to JSOX on Financial Closing Controls (FCC) and Process Level Control for Financial Reporting.

Acts as the lead auditor for all the audit related to financial and accounting processes to ensure that the audit engagements are performed as planned and in accordance with auditing standards.

Observes and identifies anticipated problems where areas of controls are weak, discusses and seek advice from superiors on the courses of action to take.
Conducts special audits, as requested by Management.

Coordinates findings with immediate superior for timely actions and solutions and prepares and organizes audit reports.

Discusses the audit findings/results and recommendation and secure confirmation from the auditee.

Conducts follow-up audit or validation based on the submitted action plans.

Report all audit related activities performed to the Unit Head/ Section Head periodically for proper monitoring and guidance.
