• Cut, thread, and hammer pipe to specification, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, and pipe threads and benders.
• Assemble and secure pipe tubes fittings and related equipment according to specification by welding brazing cementing soldering and threading joint.
• Coordinate with job site manager to configure pipe system layout.
• Order proper pipes and other materials.
• Select supports hangers, and hydraulic cylinders.
• Assemble materials at job site.
• Select type size of pipe.
• Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading.
• Lay out full scale drawing of pipe system supports and related equipment, following blueprints.
• Plan pipe system layout, installation or repair according to specification
• Select pipe size and types and related materials, such as support hanger, and hydraulic cylinders, according to specification.
