DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Feather edging and degreasing (Can do proper feather edging. No water is needed for cleaning the panel surface and apply putty in surface area.)
• Putty and primer application (Can apply even in complex surface like lives, curves and large area of the panel, and avoid defect during application.)
• Sanding putty and primer (Can create or fix the curves and lines in the panel damage area and not using water on putty sanding.)
• Masking (Properly mask other panel which is not included for painting to avoid mark or paint sticking on other panel parts.)
• Inner panel refinishing (Can properly apply body sealant in joint area and spray color in repaired area with the quality finish. And no defect showing in the panel surface.)

COLOR MATCHING:

• Color formulation (Can create color formulation by judging only sample plate for new and old model vehicle.)
• Solid color (Can do a fine adjustment of solid color 99.5% similarity to the target color given.)
• Color confirmation (Used test plate and giving proper instruction to sprayer to ensure applications of paint and spraying technique on the same as they do in color matching process.)

SPRAYING OR TOP-COATING:

• Solid (Can spray all type of solid color without paint defect on the panel surface and match the paint texture to the original with standard quality finish.)
• Metallic and Mica (Can spray evilly and create even texture in complex surface and large area of the panel with less polishing on the panel surface.)
• Pearl Mica (Can spray multi-layer of 3 coats pearl mica with self-confidence of colors are not affected due to the application and spray condition.)
• Spot Repair (Can do touch-up spray including 3 coat pearl mica with matching shading and quality finish. And knows how to rectify defect by polishing.)
• Material application (Always follow the chart specification of paint and thinner, and paint booth temperature before starting the top coat to ensure it will not affect finishing and quality of the product.)

POLISHING AND UNDERCOATING:
• Counter measure of paint defects (Can identify and rectify the paint defects like run, pin holes, paint dust, bird drop etc. without repainting).
• Polished dark color (Can do polish sensitive color without showing any mark on the surface panel especially in hood area.)
• Materials application (Can identify polish product for each application to ensure paint not to damage during polishing application. And maintain quality finish.)
• Parts undergoing (Can apply body sealant on the joint area doors, hood and trunk panel. Also, base coat adjustment and inside portion of the panel without defects.)
