ABOUT ME

A Graduate member of IOSH, UK, I have 16 years of experience as a HSE professional. My tenacious and proactive approach has always resulted in smooth execution of my organizations’ job. My excellent skills pertaining to site supervision and management, incident prevention, proper documentation and reporting has saved great chunk of revenue for the organizations. My expertise in development and maintenance of ISO & OSHAD systems, HSE & Quality Plans and risk assessments, gives an edge to my organizations to have seamless relationship with clients to guarantee safe work place. Having worked with DULSCO for almost 3 years, I am currently seeking a new challenge where I can utilize my scrupulous expertise in a more professional and skillful manner.

·   Develop, implement and maintain HSE Management systems, such as, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and OSHAD SF Version 3.0.

·   Develop plans, procedures and policies keeping in view the context of the organization.

·   Set KPIs in lieu with objectives and targets.

·   Investigate all the accidents to find immediate, underlying and root causes.

·   Use various techniques for root cause analysis, such as, FMEA, FTA, Fish bone etc.

·   Ensure 100% legal compliance in the organization regarding HSE.

·   Fully involve in hazard identification and risk assessment process.

·   Develop training modules, matrix and calendars as per job and contractual obligations.

·   Design and develop safe system of work, emergency response plans and execute emergency mock drills.

Outline

Worked on a prestigious project of “IRP-2” (Inter Refinery Project 2), by TAKREER Abu Dhabi; A 900 K.M long pipeline construction which was connecting Ruwais Refinery to Mussafah Refinery and to Al Ain and Al Dhafra Air Base. The main contractor was GS Engineering, whereas Tabodin were consultants. The job mainly involved hot works, lifting operations, deep excavations, and earth moving equipment operations. My role required me to monitor proactive and reactive measures to fulfill contractual and legal requirements. Set KPIs for the organization so to run the project successfully and hassle free. Supervise and monitor site related HSE activities, communicate with client and analyzing trends for best HSE culture in the organization.

Outline

Worked on “Al-Ain Water Transmission Scheme Project (AWTS), awarded by Transco Abu Dhabi and consulted by Tabodin; the activities involved deep excavations, confined spaces, lying of pipe of 1.8m diameter in the city of Al Ain, heavy lifting, civil works, equipment and vehicle operations.  Almost 20 NDRC had been constructed without disturbing traffic movement.

Outline

A huge project initiated by BHP Billiton, an Australian company and awarded to Descon Engineering involved civil works, mechanical works, electrical works and instrumentation. The main activities at the project site were hot works, movement of heavy earth moving equipment and vehicles, work at height, confined spaces, rigging lifting operations, pipeline, plant and equipment installation. Manpower of more than 3000 workers, engineers and staff were busy in project execution under extremely hazardous work environment as the main plant, next to the project site, remained operational.
