I believe that my degree in Business Administration (BSBA) major in Financial Management from Saint Louis University School of Accountancy and Business Management has prepared me for this position. As a student I was provided with the necessary knowledge and skills to help develop and drive effective finance strategies.

During my practicum at Professional Regulation Commission ICT and Records Management Section, I learned how to determine properly the needs of everyday client, how to address every requests and how to manage the complaints of their clients. More importantly, I was given the chance to work with professionals who taught me how to interact with people the right way and that I should always extend my patience. Also, my direct supervisor said that we should always put in our minds that customers are always right, even if at times they are wrong, we should still treat them rightly because that is how a professional acts.
