5.     Perfect Execution/LEAN Process Company Wide Initiative Selected to partake in a company driven project to certify as a perfect execution expert and come up with 2 to 3 proposals that will be implemented in the site.

·         97% efficiency in compensation (salary administration and market benchmarking) and benefits administration (implementation of policies)

·         Selected to be involved in a company- wide drive of a Key Employees Program which requires the participant to collaborate and innovate on different issues outside their function.

·         Certified Customer Service Trainer. Facilitated for in house trainings to enhance customer interaction satisfaction.

·         Establish a new group called Sustaining Engineering (SE) and hired the 11 headcounts within the targeted deadline

·         Managed to close 74% of openings handling the full recruitment cycle and onboarding

·         75% of hires were sourced internally

Project Management and Data Analytics tasked to research, analyze and implement system and data analytics cost efficient enhancements, and process improvements.
