Managed the Marketing and Sales Department for the NCU Media Group, which is an operational subsidiary of Northern Caribbean University. Established (recruitment, training and management of) a new sales force and realized increases in sales revenue by as much as 167% within three months of the roll out. Strategically brought the company’s operations under a controlled management system which would allow for efficiency and growth through strategy and teamwork. Introduced effective control measures via the formulation of policies and procedures in an environment that lacked strong management.
ü Successfully spearheaded the strategic rebranding and repositioning of the station from being “The Voice of NCU” to “Your Education and Wellness Station”, thereby significantly increasing its marketability and profitability through first mover advantages.
