Responsible for the whole operation in Region 11 (Davao Branch, Tagum Branch and Mati Sub Office) branches in accordance with the company standards to attain company goals and objectives in the following Key Result Areas:
• Delivery of Sales/Marketing, Operational Efficiency, Collection Efficiency
• Remedial Management, Real & Other Property Owned & Acquired Management and Net Income before Tax (NIBT).
• Directly reporting to Regional Manager / Head Truck Loan.
Responsible to lead the team in attaining the financial target of the region and adhere to the policies of the company. Moreover,
Responsible to develop a good business relationship with DEPED and school officials to strengthen our business in terms of market share and collection efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Forecast and Achieves annual, quarterly and monthly sales and revenue by establishing sales objectives and action plans in the region assigned.
• Defines monthly sales target against monthly expense management goals of the branches assigned areas and establish timely strategies by requiring all field staff to submit their Weekly Activity Reports to control expenses and monitors budget.
• Evaluates branch sale activities by submitting a weekly sales progress reports to ensure weekly and monthly target are achieved.
• Evaluates branch account management progress reports(Weekly and Monthly Collection)
• Monitors and help managers branch remedial accounts activity of Deped and truck loan Clients.
• Cascades directions and company standards to ensure the branch proper executions of company policies in Sales and Collection.
• Regularly determines and review branches organizational structure to ensure proper balance of portfolio assigned to account officers and branch manpower task distribution.
• Manages and Approves daily itinerary travels and expenses of branch and field personnel (Branch Managers and Account Officers).
• Daily and Weekly field works with Branch Managers and Account Officers base on the submitted advanced Monthly Branch Plan of Activities.
• Conducts monthly regular meeting of branch staff and Discuss the FF (Monthly Sales Achieved against monthly sales target, Monthly Collection Target, One-on-One Past account Discussion to monitor collection progress and to ensure immediate solutions in every problem arises thru collective discussion.
• Company and Organizations representatives in the form of Social functions (Brigada eskwela, Feeding programs, Blooding letting and other social activities) and legal negotiations(School Negotiations in Collection matters, Small Claims Case Hearing and etc.)
• Identifies development in every aspect of the operations with coordination of the Regional Sales Manager assigned and Human Resource Department.
• Conceptualized and develop new products and services to increase the profitability of the company and establish strong and excellent working knowledge.
• Supports on the development of advertising our new products and services to its target market thru digital marketing by using social media and boost awareness to specific clientele.
• Co-Authored of Salary Loan Products of UCFC, Salary Loan Policy and Procedures and especially the Setting up of Job Descriptions of Rank & File Staff and Regular Loan, Quick Loan, Express Loan, Termination Loan and Easy Cash Loans.
