o Make failure analysis according to established FA flow and procedure.

o Make FA report summarizing the result and analysis and provide feedback to the requestor with identified defects.

o Communicate with key resource personnel to obtain required and necessary information to arrive at a definite and accurate analysis and conclusion.

o Review and monitor CLCA and failure analysis turnaround time.

o Perform other tasks assigned by the superior related to the job objective as per job requirements.

o Make weekly updates.

Write Strategy/ Test Engineer/Quality Assurance/ Failure Analysis Engineer

o Make necessary improvement on write strategy. And test all improvements to assure drive quality.

o Conduct drive (ODD) testing before sending the entire sample to the buyers to assure its quality.

o Make FA report summarizing the result and analysis and provide feedback to the requestor with identified defect.

o Conduct Failure Analysis to determine the failed mechanism on drives.

o Support and make detailed schedule(with the expected target date completion of the project/model) and daily report of whole media write development model status

o Analyze and report on data associated with quality/development issues encountered by customers and make necessary countermeasures by investigation in coordination with ODD customers

o Conducts drive qualification before Major and Non-major Media Write tuning starts.

o Daily summary updates of development models.

o Make necessary changes on firmware.

o Establishment and revision of process flow and work instructions.

o Facilitate training about basic principles of Write Strategy Technology on new members.

o Perform other tasks assigned by the superior related to the job objective as per job requirements.

o Developed and Support a total of 26 models (HH, SLIM and ULTRA SLIM models).

o Perform project management, development during DRR stage and PVR stage.

o Perform failure analysis for media write and OEM. Ensure write quality for every media.
