IT Associate, Information Technology Services (ITS) department which services 14 affiliate companies of the SM Group. Analysis of problems and incidents related to hardware and software utilized in POS servers and terminals, EFT terminals, and back office workstations.

Preparation of system documentation to aid future support members.
Point of Sale: Installation, setup and configuration, support and maintenance, and administration of Point of Sale servers and POS terminals involved in merchandise selling, Bills Payment, Foreign Exchange, and Customer Services/Information counters.
Prepares regular and specialized status reports and undertakes follow-up actions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Delivers IT support to SM stores by responding to Information Technology issues in a fast, friendly, and accurate manner.
Performs technical function to Corporate’s Application System including diagnosing, checking system failures, preparing incident reports and taking necessary corrective actions.
Performs basic trouble shooting, maintenance and configuring Personal Computer hardware, application systems and related equipment then prepares status report on it. Provide technical assistance, in person or by telephone, to computer system users. Perform technical duties in operating various computer and peripherals equipment used in the Data Center.
Ensures a superb shopping experience for SM guest by focusing on keeping mission critical systems running all times.
