With 100 to 150 bed capacity. With 50 beds in the Pedia unit, 50 beds in the Female Ward, 40 beds in the Male Ward, 7 beds in the OB ward, 6 beds in the Isolation Room, and 5 beds in the Emergency Room. The nurse to patients ratio is 1:45.

Assessed and treated a wide variety of illnesses and injuries
Initiated IV line insertion to emergent and admitted patients.
Assessed and monitored patient’s condition.
Administered medications including antibiotics and critical IV medications such as     dopamine, diazepam, and epinephrine.
Assisted in the care of multiple traumas, cardiac arrests, stroke codes, sexual     assaults and conscious sedations.

Urinary Tract Infection – assessed and treated patients with UTI, and administered antibiotics as ordered by the physician.
Cerebrovascular Accidents – rapidly assessed with the use of glasgow coma scale, assisted in endotracheal intubation for patients with inadequate oxygen level and provided medications appropriately.
Gastroenteritis    – initiated IV line, hydrated patients according to its fluid loss, obtained specimen sample for laboratory, and treated accordingly.
Coronary Artery Disease – obtained blood sample for laboratory, performed ECG, administered cardiac medications and monitored patients.
Gastritis – assessed patients, obtained vital signs, and administered pain relievers.
Myocardial Infarction – rapidly assessed patients, obtained blood samples for laboratory, performed ecg, provided oxygen, administered cardiac medications, and monitored closely.
Community Acquired Pnuemonia (Adult/Pedia) – assessed thoroughly, obtained vital signs especially the oxygen saturation level, nebulized patients accordingly, obtained blood sample and facilitated chest x-ray and administered antibiotics accordingly.
Congestive Heart Failure – assessed patients, obtained blood samples for laboratory, treated according to the symptoms, provided nursing interventions and monitored closely.
Allergic Bronchitis – assessed patients, monitored vital signs including the oxygen saturation, administered medications.
Cellulitis – assessed patients, performed debridement and I&D accordingly, administered medications.
Bronchial Asthma – assessed patients, monitored vital signs including the oxygen saturation, administered medications including nebulization, monitored and maintained normal oxygen saturation.
Post traumatic wound – assessed patients, dressed wound aseptically, administered medications such as antibiotics and pain relievers.
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease – assessed patients, monitored vital signs including the oxygen saturation, administered medications, provided oxygen via nasal cannula or mask, monitored for cyanosis.
Minor Surgery – assessed patients, skin preparation done aseptically, assisted surgeon and provided health teachings to family and patients.
Diabetis Mellitus – assessed patients, provided health education to family and patient, performed nursing appropriate nursing intervention and administered medications.
OB/Gyne related cases – assessed patients for obstetetric problems such as ecclampsia or fetal problems, assisted in normal vaginal delivery, initiated IV line in pregnant women with vaginal bleeding, administered ob meds, obtained blood sample or urine sample for laboratory, monitored fetal heart rate.

Simple Fracture – assessed patients, performed primary and secondary survey, dressed wound aseptically, provided splint immobilization, facilitated x-ray and administered medications.
