2. Technical Support
§ Develop a detailed understanding of the ChildFund Pass It Back curriculum and measuring change tools; and provide training support to youth coaches to improve use of the curriculum and measuring change tools;
§ Lead and manage the selection, training, accreditation, and support of youth coaches to deliver the ChildFund Pass It Back curriculum with a focus on gender and leadership;
§ Monitor project activities to ensure the timeline, efficiency and quality of the project, generating interest and support communities to engage with the Project;
§ Work with Coaches to advocate for ChildFund Pass It Back and to support players to participate in activities and competitions;
§ Ensure a minimum of 50 per cent of girls and young women participate at all levels of the project;
§ Monitor the tasks required of Coaches related to curriculum delivery and reporting using agreed monitoring and evaluation tools (e.g. Player/Team registration, consent forms, attendance sheets, Coach Logbooks);

· Essential role as consultant for the governance and local government engagement with 54 pilot municipalities of the Philippines where rural sanitation is implemented.
· Provided technical support to the national covergence project of SURS of DSWD Core programs for strengthening integration and cross-learning in WASH programmes
· Assisted in the 2 series program reviews of DSWD technical working Group for WASH convergence; attended the SANLEX 2016
· Coordinated the planning, implementation and review for the WASH integration in the 17 provincial pilots (34 municipalities) among the three core programs (SLP,4Ps, Kalahi-CIDSS)
· Coordinated and monitored the implementation of WASH operational guidelines, program manuals and standards and convergence principles to ensure that program objectives, timelines & agreed requirements for the pilot are met, also ensuring consistent communication at all levels.
· Provided other appropriate technical assistance at various levels (national and regional, provincial, and municipal) for the improvement, enhancement, testing and adoption of emerging sanitation interventions in the context of integration in the convergence programs

· Responsible for the over-all project innovation and emergency response in partnership with local government agencies and disaster risk reduction.
· Provided technical assistance to the full implementation of the SHIELD Project – implementing using Sphere and coordination with Local government agencies, collaboration with UN agencies, OCHA and International NGOs working for Typhoon Haiyan in the affected arfeas of Westen Visayas
