I am a nuclear engineer having a PhD and 24 years of working experience with certificates/licensee as RSO, and PE. Academic and field experiences are integrated together to shape my career that could be summarized in:
• Certified Radiation Safety Expert (CRSE)/ (RSO): from Egypt, Argentina, and KSA.
• Working at different nuclear facilities: nuclear reactors, fuel manufacturing plant, subcritical facility, radiation laboratories, and hospitals in 3 countries.
• Establishing and supervising radiation protection units in 8 different facilities.
• Training and emergency planning; for facilities, regions, and national- wise levels.
• Hands-on experience in all radiation safety activities, waste management, training and NAA.
• 20 years of academic experience.
• Active learning and Program assessment and evaluation (PE).
• Teaching 33 different engineering courses for a total of 2500 students
• Research: 24 undergraduate and postgraduate projects.
• Acting head of Chemical Engineering Department.
• Participate in ABET accreditation processes at 4 arabian universities.
