Proclaim Renovation is a challenging project taken up by Cognizant aiming to automate the claim processing system of Cigna in terms with the HIPAA act. Various tracks run in the project focussing majorly on encapsulating and modularizing the current design.

Key Responsibilities:
I got Knowledge Training for the production support project from February 2015 in the same account and now working in tech support for the same Proclaim project.
As a part of innovation, automated tools for SRs, regular checks and reduced the manual effort. Developed several tools using Rexx, Eazytrieve and Jcl SORT cards according to the needs of the project.
