Assigned as Project In-charge, Safety Officer and Building Maintenance Acting Supervisor
As Project In-charge
o Monitor, Inspect, Estimate, RFQ, Purchased Order and Execute the Job Request of every Business Units such as Modification, Renovation, Space Adjustment and Fabrication.
o Prepare supplemental drawings to visualize the requested project.
o Assist and provide scope of works as contractor reference for the project.
o Daily monitoring of all projects to insure that it will meet the owner requirement and also verify the material used.
o Prepare daily report for the status of all project.
o Evaluate billings
o Read and review project blueprints and structural specifications to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements.
o Confer with immediate supervisor to determine project details such as plan preparation, acceptance testing and evaluation of field conditions.
o Report maintenance problems occurring at project site to supervisor and negotiate changes to resolve system conflicts.
o Develop plans and estimate costs for installation of systems, utilization of facilities or construction of structures.
o Response to public suggestions and complaints.
o Reporting of monthly Space Management and Job Request Charging Monitoring
• As Safety Officer
o Conduct safety orientation for all the incoming contractor
o Conduct daily inspection to insure the safety of workers and structure.
o Join daily toolbox
o Provide advice with measures to hazards or unhealthy situations.
o Provide advice with measures to hazards or unhealthy situations.
o Establish a safe workplace according to legal standards and foster a culture of attention to health and safety.
• As Building Maintenance Acting Supervisor
o Prepare the daily task / work schedule of my subordinates.
o Prepare schedule and distribution of my subordinates.
o Advance planning for the building maintenance such as painting works for wall, flooring, roofing & piping; in short building beautification of interior and exterior of a building.
o Provide layout or drawing for the fabrication works.
o Review contract and specifications in its entirety
o Assist Project Manager, Superintendent, Engineer as required
o Assist with all schedule preparations and updates
o Assist with quantity reporting, project costs and forecasting
o Obtain pricing from sub-contractors and vendors to include charge orders
o Requisition equipment and material deliveries as required
o Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and workforce to resolve project challenges and conflicts
o Assist with monthly billing, cash flow projections, and change order processing
o Manage documents control to include submittal schedules, contract documents, project record drawings, etc.
o Review Heavy Job daily reports for accuracy
o Prepare and maintain technical submittal list, permits, Storm Water Pollution Preventive Plan, and Project Progress Schedule as required
o Comply with notice requirements such as inspections, survey staking, joint measurements with owner and/or engineer, utility locations and adjustments, testing, claims, etc.
o Issue correspondence to sub-contractors and vendors when revised plan and/or specifications affects products or services
o Assist with project closeout
o Perform additional assignment’s per the Project Manager’s direction
