I worked as a private tutor from a private family in Abu Dhabi. I am the person in-charge to all things that matters when it comes to their daughters education.
I worked as a Customer Service Representative – Level 2. I supported an insurance company wherein it provides insurance coverage on a customer’s mortgage.
As a Senior Customer Service Associate of an exclusive credit card company, part of my job is to accept escalation to better assist the customer about their concern. Provide customer options to resolve their financial issues and to educate them on how to maintain their good credit scores. I also process payments and lift their account in good standing, if eligible.
As a billing specialist, I perform daily tasks such as assisting customer and explain different charges on their bills, educate customers about the add-on services on their subscription, perform basic internet troubleshooting as the company that I am working is a network provider.
I worked as a customer service representative from one of the big healthcare company in the United States of America. I processed claims for providers and provide accurate benefit/coverage for a patient. Management decided to have an in-house office in the Philippines which leads us to transfer to another account.
After healthcare account, I worked as a customer service representative from a prestigious bank (US) and deals with their customer’s mortgage. I process payments, explaining bills and other transaction on their account.
Last, I was transferred as a technical support representative to handle an Australian internet provider that launched a new line of business in addition to their internet services. I was then part of the top agents that was being recognized by the company and our clients.
