Job Description:
Receive Job order and evaluate vehicle concern if warrantable
Gather all needed documents like (photos and videos of unit with recommended part/s, DTC if applicable, history of repair etc.)
Create warranty evaluation form with part number, part name and cost for reference
Give feedback to handling Service Advisor with regards to the result of the warranty claim and parts availability
Process all receive claims with complete documents needed
Monitor thru excel all received claims (approved, for approval, denied and etc.)
Provide tag for newly replaced parts and list down on record book
Make sure that all replaced parts are gather and secure within the day
File all warranty documents base on standard process
