While I do not hold a formal degree, ever since I received on the job training at my first place of employment. My experience includes more than three and half years in pharmacy where I have learned a great deal about working in a pharmacy setting. This includes providing effectual customer service as well as receiving inventory, checking delivery for correctness to ensure they are accurate in regards to invoices. I also managed and maintained inventory through breaking out inventory into stocking sections so all pharmaceuticals and product were well stocked.

I have great verbal communication skills which are vital when contacting all vendors if inventory is short and responding to all of the telephone call along with direct calls from any concerned customer. It was also important to direct all customers to the counsel window for the purpose of pharmacist based consultations. I also supported the pharmacists and technicians when required to assure effectual and full production levels for my shift.

I am comfortable using a computer and understand the latest pharmacy based software packages which aided me in maintaining and managing insurance signature logs for end of the day reports. It was also my responsibility to ensure to verify all pharmacy scripts were going to the accurate store with the correct pharmaceuticals and other products.
