– Worked as a customer service representative for a credit card company.
FIS Global Solution: August 2018 – up to this day
– Worked under a business account wherein we handle from ordering of devices, activation and setting it up including their emails or any applications needed for their job.
– Got promoted last August 2017 as a Team coach. I worked directly with the client and discuss about the process, provide feedbacks on what are the things we can share to improve the process.
– Transferred to Sprint as a Team coach February 2018. Handled several teams as a supervisor and as a support. I handle escalations for any unsatisfied customers.
