Scope of Work
– In-charge of all production of all Apparel Supplier for PUMA in Cambodia.
– Check Production Planning in order to ship on time base on confirmed handover/delivery date, as per agreed during order confirmation.
– Check production in the line such as sewing line numbers, styles sewing in process and number of sewing lines against offered sewing line.
– Conduct production status meeting with Merchandising Department (key person in-charge) regarding status and balances for materials: fabric and trims. And tackles those order that might have a potential delay and its action plan. And shipment proposal.
– Communicate with Customer for the proposal on shipment for the delays, short shipment and early shipment. Communication link between T1 Supplier and Customer/Country.
– Help T1 Supplier follow up materials from T2 Supplier, for those with delivery lead time issues.
– Conduct Monthly Production Meeting, discuss about Monthly Performance of each T1 Supplier standing and how did it derive to certain percentage (%), order status and future standing.
– In-charge in checking following reports:
(1) WIP – Check production status base on output status.
(2) CPR – Check offered capacity base on order confirmed and against production planning.
(3) SMU/Key Initiatives order – special monitoring of orders needed to be monitored.
(4) Weekly Production Report – Update order status to HQ.
– Check in PUMA system for the status of each Supplier for updates of AHD (Actual Handover Date), LCHD (Latest Confirmed Handover Date), and its performance codes.
– Communicate/coordinate with OM team for the order confirmation and discuss with T1 Supplier.
– Assist SAFE/compliance team for the factory audit and issues with regards to workers’ health, welfare and safety.
– Coordinates with Quality team for any quality issues found during the meeting and production checking.
– Holds the petty cash for Cambodia team expenses. And do expenses report in Monthly basis.
– Represents the Company for any meetings/seminar given by the local government such as Better Factories, Arbitration Council and Fire Department.

Scope of Work
– In-charge in receiving order confirmation sheet for production scheduling. And submit it to Factory manager for approval. Send to Planning Dept at HQ for production review & confirmation.
– Upon confirmation of production schedule, in-charge in assigning it to FPC (Factory Production Control)/Merchandiser.
– In- charge in following up of the Monthly Capacity for Production.
– Checks with MR the status of Manufacturing Instruction/Marker/Sample that will be use in starting production.
– Conducts weekly meeting regarding the Monthly Capacity loading.
– Backed up the MR’s with regards to following up urgent issues in production such as:
: Production line plans
: Daily production status
: Actual receive of fabric in-store and accessories

– Make sure that MRs are updated with the ETAs of the MI (Manufacturing Instructions)/Marker/Reference Sample/Bulk fabric and accessories. And have a record of the consumption against actual received in-store.
– Reply urgent emails in the absence of the MR in-charge.
– Schedules meeting for the updates of production status and its out standings.
– Reminding MRs’ of their outstanding samples that they need to send per buyer requirements.
– Receives information from warehouse /reports the actual received accessories and do report to Buyer the actual, and ask replenishment if needed to request.
– Coordinate with the cutting and QA department if Buyer wants to adjust some areas of measurement.
– Coordinate with the Factory Manager regarding the production schedule for the confirmed order.
– Communicates with HQ Merchandiser regarding urgent issues that need to execute immediately. And relay it to FPC/MR in-charge.
– Help FPC/MR on the issues that are not clear with them and help them understand it well with proper explanation and demonstration.
Other Jobs:
– Do carton ordering. Deals with Supplier regarding price and delivery schedule
– Updates Order Allocation upon received of Monthly Capacity & Style Order Confirmation chart with updated revision. And inform all concern departments.
– Do the subcontracting payment by checking in-out going DOs for the total payable. Once tally and pass it on to Accounts Department.

Scope of Work
– Buyers: Mark & Spencer, Mothercare, Harrods, Kids R Us, Li & Fung, Levi’s, Carters, Champion and Disney.
– Monitors the styles that each merchandiser is handling. Status of the styles from sampling up to bulk production.
– Do the TNA (Time and Action) chart/critical path for every order of each MR for easy to monitor & for the President to see how each style status. And put it in a systematic approach.
– Update the status of the sample if there’s a required sample that needs to be sending out but still cannot make it. Will follow up directly to the sample room and personally push them to send it urgently. If still cannot make it, report it to the President so that sample room will rush up.
– Monitors also the status of the accessories that will be needed for the bulk production. Update the ETA and ETD for the bulk planning.
– Assist the fabric team monitors the L/C opening of each fabric booked. DDs and ETAs.
– Help Fabric team for any claims they have against the fabric mill/supplier. Prepares the fabric delivery (ETD & ETA) chart for the planning of bulk.
– Have work meeting notes together with the Designs regarding the orders that have a tendency to be confirmed.
– Prepare lab dips request for DTM for the required color.
– Do request to source for the fabric (if requires), DTM zipper & buttons; trims such as sequins, appliqués & printing.
– Coordinate with the technical department if buyer wants to adjust some areas of measurement.
