Product costing process of breads, cakes & pastries
o Responsible for product costing process of breads, cakes & pastries including calculating cost, price, profit by reviewing and analyzing raw materials cost, overhead costs allocations, and manufacturing process changes both Visayas and Luzon Production.
Production Quality Control Inspection
o Conduct inspection and review daily production output yield, form, size, weight of breads, cakes and pastries to ensure set standard specification are performed.
