a. Conduct In-plant testing for the following Products before delivery. In some cases, Factory Acceptance Test is conducted as per client request.

 

Ø  High Voltage Switchgear (HVSG) up to 34.5KV

Ø  Medium Voltage Switchgear (MVSG) up to 13.8KV

Ø  Low Voltage Switchgear (LVSG) up to 460V

Ø  Motor Control Center (MCC)

Ø  Switchboards/Panel boards

Ø  Meter Center

b. Study and analyze the designed operation of the switchgear and compare to the actual manufactured switchgear. Conduct Trouble shooting and make revision on the design if necessary

c. Meeting with the customer before and after the Factory acceptance test for following purpose.

Before

Ø  Discuss the witness test procedure and the kind of test to be done.

Ø  Show them the original approved design of the product for electrical, mechanical and structural aspects.

Ø  Show them all the test reports

After

Ø  Discuss all technical queries, general comments and etc. during the witness test.

Ø  Project commitment and delivery.

d. Makes as-built drawings using AutoCAD whenever revisions of the original design is made.

 

e. Prepare and compiles the test result during in-plant testing and encode this to our engineering Database.

f. Check/Monitor and coordinates the project internally with the departments involve to meet the project commitments and to be able to give feedback to the customer.

g. Conduct Testing and Commissioning at site after delivery to verify the proper operation of the product.

h. Check the specifications of the delivered transformer at site if it meets the transformer specifications ordered by the customer

i. Witness the Testing and Commissioning of the transformer at site and study and analyze its test reports.

g. Conduct final Inspection on switchgears, transformers and XLPE termination prior to energization.

h. Perform energization works

k. Conduct classroom orientation seminar and actual simulation on the proper operation and safe maintenance of the equipment.
