Conduct safety induction or toolbox talk about safety
awareness to new workers, visitors, and contractors
• Together with safety team create and update JSA and
HIRA
• Safety patrol at site plant
• Control and inspection all hand or power tools
equipment and PPE all workers
• Before workers start for working, checking the Permit To
Work (PTW)
• Participate in fire drill regularly in conjunction with plant
management
• Fire fighters team and investigations team
• Manage and archive document control (Monthly report,
First aid checklist report, Observation reports, Incident
investigation report, MWR report, Ergonomics
assessment report and yearly report) report to Co-Ordinator safety
• Manage emergency response program at each plant to
ensure training and compliance are maintained and all
responders are qualified
