Positions held

 

·         January 2018-Today: Mechanical Design Engineer at Algerian Space Agency “ASAL”, Algiers, Algeria.

In addition to contributions to main projects (Alsat-1B, PDP “10N HTP propulsion system”, Cold propulsion system), lead the development and implementation of both HTP propulsion system and Cold propulsion system, design and manufacture of both (HTP propulsion system, pressure tank and propulsion test stand for validation purpose) and (Cold propulsion system, pressure tank, test stand).

·         “2017” Mechanical Design Engineer at Satellite Development Center “CDS”, Oran, Algeria. To design from scratch an HTP Propulsion system, Pressure tank and test stand; producing technical report and implementing cycle life review (PDR, CDR…)

·          “2016” Responsible Mechanical Engineer integration for Alsat-1B Launch Campaign at Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre at Sriharikota. By PSLV C-35 launcher, in charge of integrating Alsat-1b earth observation satellite to launch PSLV-C35. disassembling and re assembling part of subsystem satellite for testing purpose on site “India launch site”

·         Experienced working to ECSS standards.

·         “2016” Assistant as Mechanical Engineer for conducting Alsat-1B test campaign through data acquisition, processing and interpretation for engineering validation test of EVT test including, Vibration test, CG test, Mass Property, EMC test, (4 months)

·         “2014” part team for Alsat-1B project at Surrey Satellite Technology “SSTL” United Kingdom (15 months) as Mechanical Design Engineer, Integration and Test; carrying out detailed and top level design for earth observation (Alsat-1B) satellites. Responsible for accommodation of major subsystems, and integration of new payloads (Battery, earth imaging payload cameras). Also responsible for own resources (labour and materials) and schedules; implementing project reviews report such as (PDR, CDR, FRR, MRR, FAR).
