Job Responsibilities:

·         Identifying and assessing future and current training and development needs of education sector stakeholders to improve the standard of education, teaching techniques and classroom management

·         Designing and expanding training and development program to ensure quality education

·         Working on finding the easiest methods with ICT based equipment, techniques, teaching aid for effective classroom management. Developing training manuals, teaching aid, training content

·         Preparing annual training calendar and budget for the individual training program as well as annual training budget for the training wing.

·         Organizing the foundation training for newly recruited BCS cadre Officer and professional development training for the mid-level officers.

·         Arranging various training, seminar,  symposium, and workshop

·         Monitoring and evaluating the training activities and compiling the feedback of the trainees about the effectiveness of the training

·         Monitoring and assessing the government  training institutions and evaluating their monthly and yearly activities

·         Liaising with donors, foreign delegates, and national and international organizations on issues of funding for training to enhance the quality of education

·         Preparing the project completion report, annual performance report, feedback report and summary statement of training programs.
