My life objective is to make the most of my potential in HRD. Being an INFJ I am good at teaching, training, counseling and coaching because these are my basic personality traits.
Though I have been working mostly in organizations as Marketing Manager but my results came from my focus on HRD. I have devised many training modules and HR career plans for the development of human talent at all levels.
I entered Practical life with Bachelor’s degree but latter on I did Masters in English literature from Peshawar University. When I entered HRD and started conducting trainings I improved my credential for that segment and did Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology and MSc in Industrial Psychology.
For the last fifteen years I have conducted many trainings on managerial skills, coping with psychological barriers to job engagement as well as have conducted trainings of squash players to turn them in world class coaches as per guidelines of World Squash Federation.
I/O psychology is an emerging science and plays vital role in HRD and business studies because I/O psychology covers social psychology, group dynamics, consumer psychology, HRM, Practice of counseling, organization theory and design, research methods, statistics and many more subjects related to HRD plus consumer behavior and marketing.
I am seeking a career to contribute my knowledge to the lives of young generation and growing professionals. I can design and implement suitable training and development programs which enhances efficiency, work habits, attitude towards responsibilities and organizational citizenship. I love to see my trainees grow not only professionally but intellectually because I strive to make them mentally healthy, positive and happy human beings.
