§ Operation & Maintenance: Operation, Maintenance & Trouble shooting of 175 MW Gas turbines Power Plant, Generators, Transformers, Motors, Switchgears, R.O (Reverse Osmosis) Plants & Allied Equipments.
§ Trouble shooting: Trouble Shooting of Generators/Motors & Allied Equipments/Switchgears (LT/ATS/AMF/MOR/MCC).
§ Supervision: Supervise the teams of 20-30 individuals located onsite and offsite for smooth execution of orders & complaints.
§ Planning, Monitoring & Controlling: Plan, Monitor & Control the Annual Maintenance Contracts, visits Schedules for the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Customers & after sales support to all the Customers.

§ Resource/Material Arrangements & Controlling: Arrangements of materials from head office for Under Warranty clients and make sure to return back the faulty Under Warranty materials to store for Claims.

Professional Experience:
1. Ministry of Defense, King Abdulaziz Military City (KAMC) Operation & Maintenance Division, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
175 MW Gas Turbine Power Plant.
Electrical Engineer July 2015 – April 2019.
§ Operation & Maintenance of 4×35 MW SIEMENS (Westinghouse) & 1×35 MW GE Frame 6 with Mark V Control, Gas turbines, Generators & Allied Equipments.
§ Inspection & Calibration of Circuit breakers, Overload relays & Protection relays.
§ Schedule routine maintenance & Inspect/Observe the operation of Electrical equipments.
§ Troubleshooting of Generator, motors, circuit breakers, relays & Switchgears.

3. SIEMENS (Pakistan) Engineering Co. Limited, Islamabad.
April 2008 – October 2013.
In SIEMENS Pakistan Engineering Co. Ltd. I worked at various positions, as under;
1. Assistant Engineer (Customer Service)
All office activities and managing the proper handling of material and man power at site.
§ Consultations with Clients in order to suggest economic & efficient solutions for their projects relating to Generating Sets rating from 10kVA up to 1250kVA & Switchgears (LT/ATS/AMF/MOR), complete electrification.
§ Supervise the Trouble Shooting & ITC (Installation, testing &commissioning) of Diesel Generating Sets, fixing of Electrical Panels (LT/ATS/AMF/MOR/MDB).
§ Pre-sales load/Installation survey of various Projects, Electrical Panels, Power Management & Back-up Systems.
§ Preparation & Submission of Offers to Clients and follow-up of the Offers.
§ Responsible for the after Sales support to customers.
§ Enhanced Spares Part business, Annual Routine Maintenance contracts of Gen Sets.
§ Services Coordination with clients.
2. Service Engineer (Field Services)
Responsibilities included the following:
· Trouble Shooting & Programming of Controller Modules of Generators.
Having in depth knowledge of trouble shooting and programming of various controller modules of different types and brands;
– ASM-150Module.
– Auto Gen FP Module.
– EAOM-72F, EAOM-210FD, EAOM-210FL
– DATAKOM Modules.
– Deep Sea Modules.
· Installation of Gen Sets:
The responsibility included the following;
– Arrangement of off loading of Gen Sets on ground level and roof top.
– Supervising the casting of RCC foundation pads as per the design and drawings.
– Complete earthing system (Pit earthing, Plate earthing, Bore earthing) of DG Sets and
Allied panels,
– Power Cable lying & Termination (16 mmsq ~ 300 mmsq).
– Fixing of Allied switch gears.
· Load Testing of Gen Sets:
Carried out load testing of Gen Sets on available load and on dummy portable load from 25% ~ 110 % to access the capacity and performance of the Gen Set with continuous monitoring of various parameters of the Gen Set’s control panel module.
The simulation testing of the Gen Set safeties, like:
– Engine Over speed.
– Engine Oil pressure.
– Engine Water temperature.
– Generator voltage failure.
· Commissioning of Gen Sets:
Commissioning of the Gen Sets of all ratings of both Auto & Manual Generators. Develop a check list to ensure that all pre-requisites are completed before the Gen Set is commissioned. This includes:
– Checking of all electrical connection inside control panel and LT panel room
– Checking of Engine lubricants& Fuel.
– Checking of Engine water in radiator.
– Checking of battery conditions of the Gen Set.
– Checking of earthing arrangement and ensuring that the equipment is properly earthed.
· Load / Installation Survey of Sites:
Site surveys to access the load available and to work out the suitable rating of the Gen Set and conduction of Installation Survey to access the exact material with quantities required for the complete installation / commissioning of the Gen Set and Allied switch gears.
· Training of Operators:
Imparted training to operators for the following:
– Operational training.
– Routine maintenance of Gen Sets.
– Diagnosing the major faults and removal.
– Safety guidelines while operating the machine.
