Working as Manager Administration, Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore at airblue Ltd. My reporting line was director HR and then DMD HR, Administration & Finance for the first 3 years. My duties include:

• In 2005 Resham Textile increased its capacity from 17280 spindles to 38448 spindles(more than doubled.
• I supervised the construction of building which was on more than 10 acres of area.
• Successfully handled the construction labour and Mill labour issues.
• Handled the disputes of freight and delays with truck drivers of trailers who carry machinery from port and cotton trucks.
• Supervised the labour Force of 900 people consisting of three shifts.
