Managing staff of 8 coordinators and around 30 drivers.
Taking Care of day to day operation for new vehicles delivery, off hire collection, providing replacement vehicles to customer in case of service/repair requirements & handling the break downs.
Providing reconsolidated reports for replacement fleet status on monthly basis to Line Manager.
Analysing the leasing vehicles numbers and mix of vehicles type on quarterly basis and suggesting Management for the future vehicles requirement in replacement Pool.
