To collect the key against signature and room report from the Housekeeping office and return them at the end of the shift. To clean each room assigned thoroughly, making the necessary arrangement in guest rooms and replenishing linen and guest supplies. To do special Deep cleaning in guest rooms as per Housekeeping schedule and occupancy level. To clean exit staircases and pantries on the floor level assigned to. To clean and store all the equipment in its proper place & re- stock the trolley for the next day. To clean assigned area or outlet thoroughly, making the necessary arrangement, replenishing linen and guest supplies in specific areas. To fill out the Housekeeping attendant’s reports correctly, showing the room status and time cleaned. Not to allow anyone to enter in guest rooms except with the approval of the Team Leader / due to safety / Security reasons Reports duty on time with proper grooming, punch in and sign the daily attendance sheet To attend daily briefings conducted by department head / . asst housekeeper To arrange the Pantry / trolley for the smooth running of the day To check the rooms for Discrepancy physically and hand over accordingly to the coordinator / Responsible for the cleanliness, orderliness, and adequacy of supplies and amenities in the guestrooms, public areas, work area, and equipment. To identify and anticipate guest needs and requirements by attending all the guests requests. Does turndown service, observing the procedures and standards. Any unsolved complaints / problems to be brought to the notice of the / coordinator. Responsible for the service standards of the rooms based on hotel standards
