My responsibility is to maintain the standard of the store policy. To maintain the good image of the store
towards customers and let them finished their shopping with a big smile. To maintain standard behaviour of the staff under to my subordination. To maintain the high sales of the company.
 My Task everyday is to check the work of the staff particular the basic like cleaning, Merchandising, pricing, forwarding, and other related work. Is is my task also to check proper hygiene and uniform of the staff. Also, it is my task to update the staff for the promotions, change price, promote seasonal items and give weekly training for the new coming items. It is my task also to respond all the coming emails from different branches and update system work. Last but not the least is that part of my task to communicate and be transparent to the store manager for any update in the store floor.
