· Preparing weekly Capex PR to PO conversation report for reconciliation & recording PR/PO Ordering Plan
Disbursement of all TECHNICAL Invoices to all end users through emails.
Coordinating with end users on all queries in process invoices.
Preparation of cases for submission to AP-FIN TEAM & maintaining the records/logging system of all cases sent to AP-FIN TEAM
Coordination with AP_FIN TEAM for all PAFs returned for various reasons, resolving queries, objections & returning the same for payment processing.
