Reporting to DIRECTOR and Assisting in day to day work.
Time scheduling and Appointment planning for DIRECTORS.
Interaction & Co-ordination with Marketing, Sales, Admin, Account, HR, Purchase and Plant Heads of the Company.
Meeting coordination, minutes preparation, action plan follows up.
Problem analysis, Compilation and represent to the DIRECTOR.
To ensure timely submission of the tasks/ work assigned to the Departmental/Divisional Heads.
To handle all the correspondence related to the DIRECTOR’s office independently.
Maintaining confidential & important records, data, etc.
Acts as a liaison with the Board of Directors as needed.
Sets-up staff meetings maintain electronic staff calendars and organizes team events.
Answers and directs calls and emails of the DIRECTOR of a general nature.
Act as an important team member of Samarth Diamond to Maintain Rules, Regulations and Discipline.

Implementation of Corporate HR Initiatives
Responsible for HRD Activities with major focus on evolving implementing and managing various regular and need based Training and Developmental activities and motivational schemes for overall improvement in Organisation productivity and employee satisfaction.
Extending support for Coordination and management of Industrial & distinguished visitors from various organizations for a plant visit.
Working as a bridge between employees and organization and act according to the company’s policies and systems.
Maintain internally employee’s relationship by providing counseling and coaching to meet the business objectives.
Guide and coach employee to follow the quarterly, half-yearly and yearly performance management.
Manage the team of professionals in executing the range of administrative duties of various departments.
Travel planning and booking for executives and company guests.
Formally engage with all the employees and conduct one to one meeting as well as group meetings to identify issues/concerns/grievances/ disciplinary procedure and proactively seek feedback. Document feedback, share and escalate as needed to the management team.
