I am Neil Christian Chan Rosario, 29 years old, half Filipino and half Chinese, presently working at Emirates Islamic Bank holding a position of Collections Officer for SME.

Banker for a total of 9 years I spent my 4 years at BDO Universal Bank (Philippines’ Premier Bank) holding a position of Junior Assistant Manager for Auto Loans and Home Loans Department. Prior to the said experience, I related to Philippine Savings Bank (Philippines’ number one Savings Bank) having a position of Auto Loans Assistant for Auto Loans Department for more than 3 years.

Being in Credit and Collections for over 8 years in Philippines and here in Dubai, I am looking for a new employment which is in charge for the Collections MIS, Flow rates, Collections bucketing strategies, and Recoveries

I am knowledgeable with banking process such as Sourcing, Documents Analysis, Financial Analysis, Accounts Reconciliation and Recommendation up to Booking and After booking process but it will Collection strategies, MIS, bucketing control, and recoveries that I am very interested.

My strengths are: very good in English Communication, can negotiate well even on an irate client and turn that into building rapport, efficient even under time pressure, can work on minimal supervision, and team player but also an excellent individual contributor.
