·         Marketing activities – Preparation of Plans and Budget for marketing strategies and initiatives, joining exhibitions for market visibility, preparation of budget, and other related activities.

·         After Sales Service – Customer’s Satisfaction, review of Monthly Statement of Accounts, Credit terms and evaluation for price increase and discounts.

·         Logistics – ensuring timely deliveries and proper warehousing control of existing stocks and customer’s commodity.

·         Inventory – Assuring inventory control of each customer for proper shipment scheduling.

·         Overall management of section – Ensuring employee development, training, coaching, continues learning and solving disputes within people handled, and ensuring that proper discipline is observed.

·         Efficiency and Productivity – preparation of Job Description of subordinates, ensuring that workloads are executed in line with the section and company’s targets and plans, collaborative meeting with interfacing sections, and ensuring interpersonal issues of subordinates are carried out.
