Review, design drawings and engineering specifications assuring that all applicable by the proponent as standard require / applied, request waiver, condition described to assure accurately present to the proponent, QA/QC programs for compliance, reviews inspection report before to present and site joint inspection, collects from the proponent, EMR-Engineering work requests inspection work sheet & reference drawing and for materials and preparing for Installation of Vessel, columns, pin-fan, boiler, piping’s, cooling towers, tanks & pumps, other civil works and utilities etc, as per the proponent require, prepare and submit to the proponent for approval, remark and recommendation of construction method statement in accordance with company procedure and proponent/ client standard requirements with inspection test plan and inspection QC checklist package of all covered / belongs by the projects also JSA, for Turn Around Shutdown – TRS 2011 and maintenance projects, performs non-destructive inspections to comply NDT of all welded structural components and mechanical components like e.g.: Valves, pumps, pressure vessel, tank & etc with a procedures and technical aspects, preparation of reports sketches, indicating the status of acceptance and rejection, perform internal & external inspection of plant piping and equipment in accordance with the applicable procedures, codes and standards for condition assessment, prepare and submit to Aramco Engineering Department & CSD/TSU. Standard procedure of methods of inspecting joints in accordance with SAES under API std-650-tenth edition of Welded Steel Tanks for Oil Storage Tanks; Standard and procedure API 653 – Tank Inspection, Repair, Alteration and Reconstruction.
