1.    BASE TASKS:

v Assembling of well test equipment’s  such as Sand filter and its components, choke manifold and its components, Separator and its various components,

v Plan and co-ordinate maintenance &certification of all well testing equipment which include

v   Separator (Daniel box, Fisher regulators),

v   Choke manifold (Gate valve, Adjustable Bonnet),

v  Surge Tank, Oil manifold, Heater, burner head and Booms, surface safety valves, sand detectors, oil and gas diverters,

v   Flow head (Pneumatic and hydraulic control valves).

v  Calibration of Gauges, Barton recorder using Dead Weight Tester.

v  Ranarex,

v  ESD panel and SSV

v  Pneumatic pumps,

v  Preparation of job quality book and spares,

v  Taking of tools/equipment inventory before mobilization and after offloading in the base,

2   FIELD TASKS:

v  Carry out Rig/Well site visit prior to equipment mobilization.

v  Supervising Well Test Operations.

v  Establishing good relationship with client in the field,

v  Job planning and surface equipment positioning, rig-up, hanging of burner booms

v  Sequential pressure testing of the surface testing lines and equipment.

v  Surface oil and gas sampling (Oil phase sampling) using single phase reservoir sampling bottles (SSB) for single phase reservoir samples.

v  General surface well testing operations which includes

·         flow-head operation, ESD panel –SSV operation, sand filter  Operation, (Diverting pots or to bypass), choke manifold operation (changing of choke in the fixed choke or diverting to adjustable end),

·         Separator operation (passing flow through separator or through bypass, Changing or orifice plate in the Daniel box,)

·         taking surface well parameters  such as BS&W, H2S, CO2 if present, separator static pressure, Differential pressure, gas SG, through operation of Ranarex, oil SG, using  Hydrometers, Shrinkage factor using shrinkage tester, oil meter reading, oil tank  reading, oil temperature, Well head and flow line pressure, Separator pressure,

v  stabilizing flow in the separator and monitor behavior/performance,

v  Safe equipment rig up/down according to zones and standards.

v  Job HAZOP/JSA Preparation and Review.

v  Preparing final well test reports using Edgex or Fekete,

v  Accountable for the crew and manage equipment well while in the location,

v  Carry out the operation in an environmental friendly way between client, crew and the community around,

v  Proper and regular housekeeping,

v  Ensure that client signs reports.

v  Demobilizing / de-briefing.
