Review position of Balance Sheet and suspense account on daily basis
Define performance goals and targets for sub teams and monitor / evaluate achievement of such goals
Develop and implement efficient and effective customer service strategies
Manage branch ATM where applicable and liaise with e-Banking unit as required
Ensure that daily call over (Transactions Audit) of vouchers is performed
