Responsibilities in JW Marriott Hotel:
Taking care of the guests and fulfilling their desires expressed or unexpressed.
Taking care of staff discipline and creating an environment of lateral service.
Ensuring Fire drills and implementation of evacuation plan and procedures.
Operating CCTV, access controls and communications through walkie-talkies.
Incidents reporting and sending them to concerned departments or management.
